Welcome to Trade Circle. By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before using the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Trade Circle. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

• Authentication is done via Google Login. We may collect your basic profile details (name, email) for account creation.
• You are responsible for securing your login credentials and any activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information or violate these Terms.

3. Educational Purpose Only

• Trade Circle is an educational and simulation platform to help users understand stock market concepts.
• The app does not involve real-money trading or execution on broker terminals.
• Any profits, losses, or rankings displayed are virtual and for learning purposes only.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free and paid plans (Pro, Prime, Master) are offered as described within the app.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway.
• Subscriptions are **not auto-renewed**. At the end of the subscription period, you must manually renew by making a payment within the app.
• If you do not renew, your account will automatically switch back to the Free Plan.

5. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

• All subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated.
• Since subscriptions are manual, no automatic cancellation is needed. You simply may choose not to renew.
• Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or payment errors, and must be requested via email.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay as per their timelines.
• Refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of Trade Circle, except where legally required under RBI or consumer protection laws.

6. Referral & Rewards

Referral income and award points may be used as described in the app. Misuse of referral features (fraudulent sign-ups, self-referrals, etc.) may result in suspension.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Do not use the app for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute app content.
• Do not disrupt or damage the app’s functionality or security.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and logos are the property of Trade Circle. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Data & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to data collection and usage as described.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided “as is” for educational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee accuracy of stock data, rankings, or third-party APIs.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on app content or outages, errors, or third-party services.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app means acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
